Chant of Shista

A charm to summon the deity Shista. The charm requires a strange design on the floor, and also a sacrifice to bait the trap. The sorceror Khalda used this chant once to summon Shista, and offered Barlykous as bait. Khalda waited within a protected zone marked by four bowls of strange brown liquid. After eating most of Barlykous, Shista prepared to bargain with Khalda. We don't know what happened next, but it seems likely that Khalda offered to release Shista if the latter would first perform some favor for him. [RHB Deplorable]
